EPS Vertical Block Molding Machine adopts PLC and touch screen for automaic mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming temperature keeing, air cooling, de-moulding and ejecting2) The machine is welded from high-quality profile steel, which is subjected to heatingtreatment, ensuring high strength of the machine without deformatin, and possibilityof bearing the expansion force of the high-density products3) The machine built in vertical style, smaller foundation, better material filling, what is more, with less top area of mould, which reduce the water content of block4) Adopting advanced moulding technique, the machine is applicable to produce blocksof high density and low density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block5) The mould cavity surface is coated with teflon, ensuring easy de-mould and goodfinish of the block
